Thank you to everyone who just jumped to totally the wrong conclusion after seeing the name of this page (not that I haven't tried in the past!!! =; )!! You've heard of "Face-Off", you've heard of "Power Play". Both great hockey events, and magazines. Now it's time for MY Magazine (exclusive to this site!!!), "PULL THE NETMINDER!!!". A common phrase, shouted at every hockey match, either by the supporters of the losing side (convinced, as ever, that an extra skater will allow them to overcome the 14 goal lead the opposition has, despite the fact that there's only 17 seconds until the final whistle), or by the supporters of the winning side (desperate to finish off their win by making their 25th goal of the night an empty-netter). Whoever shouts it, for whatever reason, "PULL THE NETMINDER!!!" is a vital part of any hockey match, guaranteed to bring excitement and fun, which is why I've chosen it as the title for my brand new magazine-type page!!!!! There may not be much here now, but keep coming back, and as soon as I find something good, I'll put it up!!! |
